Highlands at Mayfield Ranch Master Community is overseen by 7 elected residents who donate their time to make decisions in the best interest of the community.  

 

If you are interested in serving as a member of the Board of Directors please complete the form below by Friday, June 2nd, 2023 to be placed on the ballot for the July 27th election.

 

Duties of the Board of Directors includes, but is not limited to:

  • Coordinating with the management company and vendors

  • Reviewing financials and assisting with budget preparations

  • Approval of vendor contacts

  • Attending and participating in Bi-Monthly HOA Meetings (Est. 2 hours)

  • Attending and participating in Monthly Board Workshops (Est. 2 hours)

  • Responding to any urgent association business needing Board action

  • Serving on one, or more, Committees

  • Estimate time commitment: 2-4 hours per week / 8-16 hours per month
