Highlands at Mayfield Ranch Master Community is overseen by 7 elected residents who donate their time to make decisions in the community's interest.  

 

Duties of the Board of Directors include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating with the management company and vendors

  • Reviewing financials and assisting with budget preparations

  • Approval of vendor contacts

  • Attending and participating in Bi-Monthly HOA Meetings (Est. 2 hours)

  • Attending and participating in Monthly Board Workshops (Est. 2 hours)

  • Responding to any urgent association business needing Board action

  • Serving on one, or more, Committees

  • Estimate time commitment: 2-4 hours per week / 8-16 hours per month
