COMMITTEES

Joining a committee is a great way to get involved in the community based on your individual areas of interest.  Some committees have ongoing tasks set forth by the Board, while others involve only occasion projects.  If you are interested in serving on one or more committees, please complete the form below and a member of the Board will contact you to discuss your desired level of involvement.  

Architectural Control Committee - reviews members’ requests for changes or additions to the exterior of their property to ensure that they conform to the Association’s Design Guidelines, Development Area Declarations and other legal documents. All requests are reviewed using Smartwebs software so in person meetings are not held.  Committee members will be expected to log on to the software at least two times per week so requests can be handled as quickly as possible.

A committee member’s term is two years or until they resign or are replaced by the Board. According to a new State law, Board members, their spouses and members of their household will not be eligible to serve on the ACC after the end of the Development period.

Landscape Committee - provide ideas and input to the Board regarding landscape improvements and ongoing community maintenance.

Lifestyle Committee - organize community social events. Self hosted would include organizing, set up, event food, games etc, and clean up.  Some events would be contracted. 

Amenity Committee - provide ideas and input to the Board regarding Amenity Center improvements, community use, and ongoing maintenance.

Rules Committee - identify violations of the community governing documents at the direction of the Board.

Welcome Committee - provide ideas and input to the Board on how to welcome and engage new residents to our community.
